
We conduct property maintenance, expanding several years ago into responsive and reactive maintenance along with planned-preventative for commercial agents, local government, schools and private landlords.
We currently operate within an approximate 35 mile radius of Manchester, as well as the M62 corridor from Liverpool to Leeds, and are capable of carrying out works ranging from dilapidation schedules on small industrial units (500 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft) and all manner of board ups, security, clearance, decoration, joinery works etc.
At present we have eight vehicles plus a specialist 18m Cherry picker, on the road and fourteen in-house staff as well as a team of bone-fide specialist subcontractors that allow us to cover most property maintenance works.

Our daily activity is a mix of planned and preventative maintenance on anything from a drainage channel inspection or a vacant property security check, to ensuring gutters are cleared at the time of year when leaf-drop is the simplest thing to cause a blocked outlet and water ingress over the eaves.

When rain is seeping under your loading bay and the landlord wants you to spend 1000's in additional drainage.
This was causing our client concern due to the original 1980's poor design of a slight back-fall on the door apron, and the machine they were about to install behind it that can't stand in a puddle.
During the school holidays we took down an old timber framed dividing partition wall that gave very little acoustic barrier protection and replaced it with a new partition wall, using British Gypsum soundbloc boarding and acoustic quilt insulation, through the suspended ceiling to the structural ceiling.
