We deliver a 24 / 7 / 365 repairs service to over 13,000 homes, responding in less than 2 hours for emergencies and at the customer's convenience. We reduce key to key times for clients by up to 50% on average, completing high quality and defect free works in as little as 2 days.
We deliver single home improvements, like kitchen replacements, as well as large scale major works programmes to time, cost and quality targets. We carry out specialist adaptations works so customer can stay in their homes and compliance works for fire safety to protect customers and clients. We give back to local people in our communities. We offer apprenticeships, work experience and training.
We support community refurbishments, local charities and estate clean-ups. We offer 4 free hours of handyman support to elderly and vulnerable customers and all staff volunteer a minimum of a day a year to community projects.
